HEALTH SUGGESTIONS

(We are not stating that these are absolute truths or must be followed.)

FOOD

-          Observe the day-by-day effects that different types of food have on you and your body.  Become your own best expert and doctor.

-          Consume organic foods rather than those that are chemically tarnished or genetically manipulated during cultivation, processing and preservation.

-          It is preferable to eat fresh foods and those that are in season.

-          Try to vary your diet.  Nature offers a large variety of seeds, fruits, vegetables and foods of every kind.

-          Do not consume only cooked foods since a large part of vitamins and enzymes are lost in the process.

-          Do not eat too much in a single meal.  In general, it is better to eat less but more often, rather than too much at one sitting.

-          Do not mix different types of food in your stomach and intestines during a single meal such as meat and dairy, dairy and fish etc…

-          Add some aromatic herbs that go along with your meal, which favour digestion and contain useful enzymes and trace elements.  Learn to recognize those that your body needs the most without exaggerating.

-          Don’t abuse alcohol, coffee, processed sugar, salt, spices and meat.

-          It is better to use sea salt free from ant agglutinants, which deteriorate the brain.

-          Do not deprive your body of good drinking water, which is very important for all of your bodily functions.  Drink a sufficient amount every day especially if you are consuming dry foods such as bread and biscuits.  Begin your day with one or two fresh glasses of water that your organism will use to clean organs and cells as need be.  A sufficient amount of water also helps to combat constipation.

-          Relax before eating and put away all of your worries, tensions and negative feelings.

-          Chew properly to assist your stomach and intestines with digestion.

THE ENVIRONMENT

-          Look to live and work in healthy, clean environments.

-          Paint your house with non-toxic paint.

-          Check that your furniture does not emit toxic substances.

-          Use natural, biodegradable detergents as much as possible.

-          Since electromagnetic fields disturb your organism, don’t leave electronic devices on all the time, especially at night.

-          Aerate your home sufficiently and don’t use artificial deodorants.  If anything, emit natural odours into the planet.

PERSONAL HYGIENE

-          The skin is an important organ for transfer between the organism and its surroundings.  Through the skin, the body tries to eliminate disturbing elements and accept those that are useful, much like the digestive and respiratory organs.  With the help of water (baths, showers, a swim in the sea), this process is facilitated.  When taking a bath, add air-dried argil, a touch of sea salt, and some drops of scented vegetable oil of your liking (lavender, thyme, etc…).

-          Try to use few cosmetics and choose them with care, since most of them contain toxic chemical additives.

-          Don’t abuse medicines.  Allow your body and mind to learn to react alone in fighting disease.  Refer firstly to vegetable curing principles, which in most cases don’t have side effects like chemical medicines.

-           Take care of your teeth by brushing regularly.  In case of cavities, ask your doctor not to do fillings with metallic amalgams such as mercury.  These types of fillings, with time, can cause you some notable discomfort and health problems.

-          Wear clothes and undergarments with cloth made from natural fibres (cotton, wool, linen, silk, canapés).  If possible, choose those made from organic agriculture that are treated and coloured with natural substances.  Wash all undergarments before wearing them for the first time.

-          Use natural and biodegradable detergents to wash your clothes.

-          Use cushions and mattresses made from natural materials (wool, cotton, lattice, vegetable hair).

-          Alternate equally between physical movement and rest.   Exercise and rest sufficiently.  To keep your muscles, tendons and organs active and in shape, and to keep you balanced and energized, it is helpful to do gymnastics or some other sort of exercise in the morning or at least once a day.

-          Make it a habit to breath deeply.

YOUR INNER WORLD

-          Healthy foods and environments will be useless if they are poisoned with negative thoughts and feelings.

-          The quality of your inner world, and therefore your thoughts, imagination, feelings, emotions, sensations and desires are important for your health and well-being.

-          Your thoughts and feelings are energetic vibrations that you give off and receive.  Positive ones benefit you and the people around you, but negative ones will go against you, block your energy flow and remain stagnant inside of you.  Anger damages your liver, distrust weakens your immune system, built-up hate attacks your cells, insincerity confuses your endocrine and nervous systems…….

-          Be honest with yourself and the people around you by being aware of your feelings and emotions.  That which is blocked or repressed inside of you is a source of uneasiness and illness.  There is good and bad in all of us.  Get out in the open whatever there is inside of you, whether it is positive or negative.  In this way, you can reinforce the positive while dealing with and getting beyond the negative.  There are infinite possibilities within you.  Don’t act to please others but be free to behave as you wish without causing harm to other people.

-          Have faith in yourself and the people you know in your life.  Have faith despite everything!  In the nucleus of your being, you are a wonderful child of a wonderful universe along with the people around you.

-          Don’t continually mull over your past.  Everything that happens is for the good of your personal evolution, if you learn to accept and utilize your experiences.  Appreciate what life has given you until now.  Abandon resentment, regret and guilt!  Take care of any unfinished business you may have with somebody.  Forgive those who have done you wrong.  Instead of being tormented by remorse, ask forgiveness to those you have done wrong and then go on with your life.  Life has more to offer than you can possibly imagine.

-          Make some necessary decisions instead of delaying the solutions to your problems.  Make a decision even if you may make a mistake.  Mistakes aren’t the end of the world.  It is often better to make a mistake instead of not acting at all.  Those delayed decisions may create conflict within in you causing illness or disease with time.  Make fewer mistakes by following your heart and feelings.  Choose for the good of all of those involved in your decision-making.

-          Be courageous in difficult moments.  Look to analyze the problems as if you were an outsider.  Be open and ask advice from other people while maintaining your own personal judgment.  Always enlighten your soul to overcome all difficulties.  Even when it comes time to leave your body, your soul will take along everything that you have filled it with:  hate or love, desperation or peace, mistrust or trust, weakness or strength, darkness or light, anger or satisfaction, sadness or happiness.  Fill your soul with positive energy.

-          Don’t repress your positive qualities:  your experiences and knowledge, your values and ideals, ambitions, talents and abilities.  Let everything flow naturally and gradually so it may be expressed fruitfully.  Giving is receiving.  Those who faithfully give themselves can become strong and grow in the school of life.  Those afraid to expresses themselves and offer their inherent gifts will deprive themselves and grow poor.  Everyone has his or her treasures.  Be aware of your own without comparing them to others.  Which is better between an oak tree, a blade of grass, a violet or a butterfly?  Everyone has an essential gift to offer this world.

-          Live the present consciously.  Stay awake and be alert.  Everyday is a gift that offers a variety of possibilities.  Seize the day!

-          Consider yourself an evolving being, who learns from life’s experiences and is ready for change without being too rigid or set in your ways.  You can make mistakes and then pick yourself up, fix everything and then make mistakes again, fall, rise again, fall even deeper and rise higher than ever before.  You’re growing!  From birth to death, your soul remains youthful despite your aging body.  The passing of a body is like falling leaves in the wintertime.  A budding springtime will arrive again with new flowers, fruits and seeds rejuvenating life.  A seed, which conserves life and reproduces new plant life for the new season, is similar to your soul, which contains a life force that will bud when given the opportunity.

-           Respect all things in nature.  Be grateful for all of the substances of the Earth and the Universe:  minerals, water, air, heat, and the stars in the sky.  Along with the wonderful plant world with trees, shrubs, herbs, flowers, seeds and fruit.  As well as the diversified animal world from the smallest to the largest on land, in water or in the air.  Be particularly grateful for the people around you, who each have an infinite universe.

Don’t isolate yourself from others because the wonderful Law of Creation states that you are apart of everyone and everyone is apart of you.
