Our coffee comes from producers who manage their fields independently and who sell the coffee      they produce by adopting just and fair trade practices.

It is made from a mix of a variety of Arabica beans.

The coffee is roasted, ground and packaged at our home branch.

Important Note:  In 2002 a new coffee named Peace Coffee  will be  produced with a new mix  of Arabica  beans that come from a Cooperative of small producers in Guatemala.  The project will be carried out in close collaboration with Rigooberta Menchu’,  winner of Nobel Peace Prize.
