VEGETABLE CREAM SOUP (with wholewheat grains)

Ingredients:  Pre - cooked wholemeal grains (spelt, barley,oats), dried vegetables (onions, carrots, celery), parsley, aromatic herbs, maize flour, cold-pressed sunflower oil, yeast extract, seasalt.

RICE AND VEGETABLE CREAM SOUP with MILLET

Ingredients:  pre-cooked wholewheat rice, millet, dried vegetables(spinich, onions, nettles, celery, carrots), aromatic herbs, maize flour, cold-pressed  sunflower oil, yeast extract, seasalt.

SPELT and VEGETABLE  CREAM  SOUP with MILLET

Ingredients:  pre-cooked wholewheat spelt, millet, dried vegetables (onions, tomatoes, celery, nettles, carrots, sage, aromatic herbs, maize flour, cold-pressed sunflower oil, yeast extract, seasalt.

TOMATO CREAM SOUP (with wholewheat grains)

Ingredients:  pre-cooked wholewheat grains (barley, oats, soft wheat), dried vegetables (tomatoes, onions, carrots, celery), basil, aromatic herbs, maize flour, cold-pressed sunflower oil, yeast extract, seasalt.

BARLEY and VEGETABLE CREAM SOUP

Ingredients: pre-cooked  wholewheat  barley, dried vegetables (potatoes, celery, turnips), marjoram,garlic.

All ingredients come from the highest quality raw materials.

Cooking Instructions:

- Pour the packet’s contents into a pot.

- Pour the quantity of water recommended and mix.

- Bring to the boil while continuing to mix from time to time.

- Turn off the flame  and let it cool off for 5 minutes.  Your meal is ready!
