OUR FLOUR’S STRONGPOINTS

-  Our flour is always fresh-ground.

-  It is stone-milled (instead of using cement grits), rotated slowly and driven by swirls of water.

-  Type 0 flour is ground with a small cylinder mill.

-  Our flour maintains its grains natural elements and is finely ground along with its’ seed.

-  Our flour  is available in 1 kilo packages or 30 kilo sacks.
