Extra virgin Olive Oil, “La Terra e Il Cielo” is made by cold pressing olives with stone-mills. The olives are picked by hand from the century-old olive trees found on the rich, rolling hills of the  Marches region.  Its bright  green colour, intense aroma, and its fruity and delicate taste make this olive oil stand out from other Italian extra virgin olive oils.   All of  the olive oil is produced by a company (olive grove) that work solely with organic olives.
Because we respect criteria that generate quality throughout the process, we have been able to produce organic extra virgin olive oil that has obtained international prizes and recognition.

Extra Virgin  Olive Oil has always been a staple for a mediterranean diet that has become famous world-wide.  It can be directly added to first and second dishes, sidedishes, and soups and salads among other things for a wholesome touch to your meal.

Furthermore, extra virgin oil is better than other commonly used vegetable oils in that it undergoes very little change when cooking at high temperatures (even when frying).  It is also a very  common ingredient for desserts.
