Ingredients:  Durum wheat semolina and mineral water.

By mixing durum wheat semolina with spring water, the pasta is drawn through bronze moulds.  Besides its high protein content and quality glutens, it is rich with superior qualitative characteristics (it is porous and rough), which allow it to absorb sauces exceptionally well and allow it to maintain its cooking point.

The giant forms allow for pre-cooking in boiling water before putting it in the oven for a final touch.
