The production of tomato pulp, along with the crushing of the tomatoes and basil, takes places inside an organic food company affiliated with La Terra e Il Cielo. This company specializes in the production and processing of tomatoes. The entire process is conducted inside the company’s facilities: from sowing, harvesting, selection and washing of the tomatoes to the final stage of being pureed. Cultivation methods follow biodynamic standards. The peeling of the tomatoes are controlled by technicians specialized in vegetable processing. |
