HIGH QUALITY PASTA

The  quality  of our pasta can be recognized  by the  following aspescts

 

All  the agricultural companies associated with the COOP operate all their farmland with complete organically certified qualifications.

Whole-Wheat Pasta  is made with stone-milled flour under the direction of a master miller who utilizes a homemade tradition dating back centuries.

The pasta-making takes place inside a pasta factory which only works with organically raw  materials under the direction of a master pasta maker who  utilizes a homemade tradition which began in 1874.

The drying  process at low temperatures, around 45°.

The  pasta is  preserved in a unique storage area that has been built according to organic architecture and organic construction techniques.

The entire production process, from the wheat sowing to the sale of the final product is managed and controlled by a single cooperative structure allowing for a step by step tracking system.
