BEER AND WINE
 

 

Pilzner Beer 500ml. 4.8% vol 

“La terra i il  Cielo” makes its’ Biopilz beer by using umbellifered hops, a malt free from sulphites obtained from organic barley, and soft water which  comes from a well 164 metres deep.

The  beer is produced with natural gas respecting environment needs.  The heat diffused during processing is recovered and utilized efficiently.

Our BioPilz  beer is unpasteurized thereby maintaining the yeast’s nutritional characteristics.

Pisceno Red Wine is a typical wine from the Pisceno area of the Marches predominately made from San Giovese grapes.  It is aged in oakwood  barrels for at least a year.

Pisceno Superior  Red Wine is made from Montepulciano and San Giovese  grapes  in  vineyards limited  to Pisceno.  It is also aged in oakwook barrels for at least a year.

Falerio White Wine is made principally with Trebbiano grapes in addition two local grapes called la Passerina and il Pecorino.

Irene Rose’ Wine is made with Montepulciano and San Giovese grapes.

Roberta Esino White Wine d.o.c. is made with Verdicchio and Trebbiano grapes.

Floriano Red Wine is made with Montepulciano grapes.

AWARDS:  These last  two wines finished in 1st. and 3rd places respectively in the International Organic Wine Expo which  took place in Los Angeles on November 15-16, 2001.
