We follow Organic Agricultural methods proposed and regulated by the AMAB, for all the land cultivated by our farming members and ourselves.

This method is more restrictive and rigorous than Regulation 2032/91 that is enforced by the European Economic Community.  Therefore, our products can contain both the AMAB label and the new community label that reads “Organic Agricultural product under the control of the CEE, controlling organ of the IMC”.

In order to be recognized as organic producers, an organized body for certification, which is authorized by a ministerial decree, controls and certifies that we are effectively implementing organic agricultural methods.

In our case, this organized body is the IMC, which is one of the largest, most serious and qualified in Italy with 5500 companies under its control.  It is also extending to other parts of the world including Latin America, Philippines and Egypt. 

Although we are controlled by this organization, we can assure our customers that are trademark is of itself, a guarantee for quality and professionalism

In fact, we were born before the advent of such organizations, taking to heart the organic and organoleptic qualities of our products along with care for the environment.  This has always been our mission from the very beginning.

Furthermore, practically every step, from sowing to marketing, takes place within the Cooperative allowing for direct control of production that guarantees the best quality for our products.
